1) What is your turnaround time for edited photos?

Delivery is usually by mid morning the next business day, but if you’re in a rush to launch, just let us know and we will prioritize delivery asap the next morning. Platinum shoots have a 2 business day turn around.

2) Can you put our watermark on the images?

Yes, of course! Just send us your logo and specify the placement, and we will make a note to include it on all future web files.

3) Can I request a specific photographer for my shoot?

Absolutely. If your fav photographer isn’t available for the appointment time you need, rest assured that all of our photographers are highly trained and deliver consistently excellent work.

4) Can you add location markers or outlines to drone photos?

Sure can. Just email our friendly admin team after receiving the photos and let us know what you need.

5) Can you make changes or remove items from photos?

Yes, we have full time back end photoshop gurus ready for your requests.

6) Can you handle difficult photoshop work, such as car or furniture removal or total decluttering?

For more complex photoshop work, such as car or furniture removal or total decluttering, we offer cost price digital declutter services through our third party photoshop wizard. Our team will do their best to handle the work, but for particularly challenging projects we may need to bring in specialized support.

7) Can you accommodate requests for specific sky looks in photos?

We sure can, just let us know what you have in mind and we will be happy to create a custom look just for you. If you don't have a specific preference, we will choose a look that best suits the scene and have a large and ever growing sky library to work with.

8) How do I pay for your services?

Via bank transfer or card payment within 2 weeks of invoice date for ongoing clients or within 2 business days for one off clients.

9) Can I request specific shots or angles during the photoshoot?

We understand clients may have specific shots they’re after, so just let the photographer know at the appointment and they will be happy to accommodate your requests :)
